On the 10th October 2019 CNCC hosted a breakfast meeting with the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec) and Brazilian Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (BNCC), where we presented our members the Norec program for Competence Development in Colombia and Brazil. Norec is a Norwegian governmental body financing two-way mutual personnel exchange between companies, institutions and organisations in Norway and similar companies, institutions, and organisations in countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. It ensures everyone involved learns about exchange cooperation and can also put it into a global context.
